"The right now is the immediate, but it's so much more,” says Lunch Hour Write-In leader, Allison Landa. “It's the collective of what's taken us to this moment of existence, and it's into that collective into which we dip, surfacing with stories that are truly our own.”
The Lunch Hour Write-In was created to give you an intentional, facilitated space to tap into the immediate, the imminent, and the ineffable. Take a break and engage with other like-minded writers as we explore how our writing might help us navigate the uncertainty of living through a pandemic.
In this remote Zoom meeting, Allison will offer optional exercises, prompts, ideas for continuing your work after the lunch hour ends, and more. You’ll walk away refreshed and ready to expand your writing practice. Please join us!
About The Writing Salon's Virtual Write-Ins
Due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19, The Writing Salon is running all write-ins in a remote format via Zoom videoconference. Two days before the write-in, you'll receive an email from The Writing Salon with more information about Zoom and the remote write-in.
