You have three options to choose from: 1) $110 for any full-day workshop (or $95.00 for members), 2) $245 for a 5-week class (or $215.00 for members), or 3) $395 for a 9-week class or 6-month class (or $365.00 for members).

You must use YOUR name on the checkout form, because your name is on the credit card you are using to make the purchase. However, you can include your gift recipient’s name and email address in a special place provided just for this purpose, on the checkout form. This way we will know who the gift certificate is for, for our records.

The automated purchase confirmation and receipt emails will go only to you, the purchaser.

We DO NOT SEND  printed or emailed gift certificates. It’s up to you  to present the gift to your recipient in the form of a card, note or verbal communication. Tell your gift recipient that they must call the Writing Salon when they are ready to sign up for a class. They cannot do it via the website; they must do a phone registration by calling our main number: 415.609.2468.

If they want to take a class that costs more than the amount of the gift certificate, they can pay the additional amount. Please remember, gift certificates are good for only one year from date of purchase.
